Our Philosophy

We are transparent and straight forward exactly where we can and are allowed to be. This also means that we clearly sate who we are and what we can but also what we expect from our customers and business partners. There are no cryptic texts behind which messages only can get guessed.

We choose to communicate in a way that is easy to understand. An honest exchange at eye level, respect, and seriousness are important to us.

The athlete’s success is based on 3 pillars:
His talent, his attitude and his goal.

Success has many mothers and fathers. As a result of our many years of activities, we have, in addition to our unique network in the football industry, a large amount of learned and experienced knowledge in a variety of ways. This applies to everyone who works for and with IA Sports. We are constantly developing for the benefit and success of our athletes and we have our finger on the pulse.

Our values

It is extremely important to define itself by values, because they are deeply rooted and meaningful and pervasive beliefs, attitudes, ideals and needs.

Values essentially contribute to character, identity and culture. Values help to understand the world, the unimaginable questions and all the challenges we face as humans.

What do I want to do for myself and for others? What to do and how do I behave? Values are not just empty phrases, but an image of a person and society. In addition to “virtue-ethicsmorality”, the following terms are important to us and we convey and remember them.
